Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Champion a culture of refined, anticipatory hospitality, ensuring each guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and memorable
- Lead from the floor during service, maintaining control over the pace, flow, and tone of the dining room
- Oversee VIP service, reservations strategy, and curated guest experiences
- Uphold and elevate standards aligned with Michelin-level service principles—anticipation, discretion, and precision
- Direct all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless alignment between Front of House and Back of House teams
- Develop and enforce standard operating systems that ensure consistency and execution at the highest level
- Maintain uncompromising standards in cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure a cohesive guest journey
- Own full P&L accountability, including labor, cost controls, and revenue optimization
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies that drive profitability without compromising the guest experience
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and purchasing strategies
- Act as the key liaison between ownership vision and operational execution
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership and service team
- Build a culture rooted in discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead structured pre-shift meetings focused on product knowledge, wine education, and service alignment
- Foster strong collaboration between FOH and BOH, ensuring a unified standard of excellence
- Serve as the ambassador of the restaurant’s identity and ethos
- Instill a mindset of relentless pursuit of excellence, where standards are consistently elevated
- Build systems and training frameworks that preserve consistency across all shifts and team members
- 5 years of experience as a General Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality (Michelin or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Proven success delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-touch environments
- Strong knowledge of wine, beverage programs, and elevated service standards
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
- Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000
- Performance Bonus: Significant upside tied to operational, financial, and guest experience metrics
