We are dog care professionals offering the personal touch…In your role as Kennel Attendant / Customer Service Representative, you will assist with all aspects of operating our facility, including but not limited to hotel and daycare client check-in and check-out, scheduling reservations, feeding and administering medications (as required), supervising group play and interacting with the animals, keeping the facility and equipment safe and sanitary, answering phones, collecting customer payments, responding to customer inquiries, and additional responsibilities as required .
Caring for dogs is a fun, fast paced environment with many interruptions and constantly shifting priorities. it is an incredibly gratifying field to work in and not always glamorous. It can be messy, dangerous at times, and is hard work. We seek people on our team who will smile with us through it all.
If you have not worked with dogs professionally before, please expect some culture shock and a steep learning curve (two years commercial kennel or vet office experience is a plus).
