Pay and Benefits:

General working hours are Monday – Thursday, 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with one alternating day of early release per week.
**Overtime hours are available.
The Vital Role You’ll Have:
As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician on our team, you will serve as the gatekeeper of quality, conducting advanced in-house testing and driving compliance across our supplement link. You will have the following Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Perform microscopy, FT-IR, titration, and microbiology testing on raw and finished materials
- Validate and develop in-house laboratory methods
- Analyze data trends and report results to Quality Management and senior leadership
- Prepare samples for external lab shipment and manage third-party lab relationships
- Lead investigations into out-of-specification results and present solutions
- Evaluate chemical and pesticide risks; review all test results for regulatory and internal compliance
- Identify non-conformances and chair the Material Review Board to determine product disposition
- Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment calibration, and an updated approved lab list
- Crosstrain with Quality Control technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need:
Our ideal candidate will be reliable in their attendance and performance, bring a positive attitude to work each day, and demonstrate good communication in collaborative team environments. You combine technical lab proficiency with meticulous organization and a proactive mindset. Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; higher education in a scientific field preferred
- 1 year of laboratory experience (or equivalent education related work)
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment, chemical concepts, and quality systems
- Intermediate math, data analysis, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent written/verbal communication, conflict management, and multitasking skills
- Obsessive attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly (75 lbs. occasionally), stand for extended periods, and work on hard surfaces
- Experience with FT-IR, botanicals, dietary ingredients, or method validation preferred.
Previous food safety/quality experience is preferred but is not required. Training will be provided.
