Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Type: 24 - 30 Hours
Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members and guests visiting our facility. This role is responsible for greeting and checking in guests, processing payments, assisting with membership applications, booking appointments, and addressing inquiries. A successful Front Desk Receptionist will have a friendly, approachable demeanor, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they will need to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility, assist with pool water chemistry testing, and contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.
Looking for opening Shifts 5:40am - 1pm Wednesday - Friday. With possible weekend shifts if interested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest and Member Check-In: Greet and check in all guests and members, ensuring all visitors have paid for access to the facility.
- Membership Support: Assist with new and renewed membership applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Payment Processing: Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments for services, including memberships, lessons, and facility access.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments for swim lessons and personal training sessions with instructors.
- Inquiries and Communication: Answer questions or relay messages to the appropriate managers or team members. Provide accurate information about facility services and policies.
- Software Management: Enter membership information, billing details, and related information in Daxko Club Software.
- Facility Organization and Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area, lobby, and surrounding spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming for all members and guests.
- Pool Water Testing: Conduct regular pool water chemistry tests to ensure the pool meets health and safety standards.
- Facility Opening and Closing: Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the facility, including securing the building and ensuring all equipment is in proper order.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar front desk role is preferred
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
o Proficient in basic computer operations and software applications.
o Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
