Role Description The Confectionery Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Leesburg, VA, responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations. This includes supervising and scheduling staff, leading by example on the sales floor, and ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Qualifications
