Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay
Commission on personal sales paid biweekly

What You’ll Do
- Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
- Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
- Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
- Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom
- Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
✔ Retail sales or leadership experience preferred (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS, but not required)
✔ Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
✔ Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
✔ Strong communication and active listening skills
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
