We are looking for a motivated, service-minded individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist. Whether you're already a licensed Ohio agent or eager to enter the industry, we want to hear from you! If you're not yet licensed, we offer scholarship opportunities to help cover the cost of your real estate education and licensing.
As a Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist, you’ll focus on helping clients navigate the home-buying process—from first consultations to closing—while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the home buying process by identifying needs, scheduling showings, and guiding them through negotiations and closing
- Provide expert knowledge on neighborhoods, schools, and the local housing market
- Conduct buyer consultations and set clear expectations
- Work with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain communication with clients
- Stay organized with CRM tools and follow assigned tasks to manage your pipeline effectively
- Attend team trainings, meetings, and continuing education
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Real Estate License — or the ability and willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to serve clients with integrity
- Tech-savvy with willingness to use tools such as Command, MLS, and digital signing platforms
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
