The Sussex Saloon — Bartender / Server
We are a restaurant bar with billiards and entertainment. All night adn weekend hours, opens noon on Sundays
Responsible for friendly, professional service and keeping the entire restaurant/bar/billiard area clean, safe, and ready for guests.
Duties include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks accurately.
- Prepare desserts and espressos
- Take food and drink orders, serve properly, and check on guests.
- Check identification and follow all applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol-service rules.
- Follow food safety codes, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Clean the bar, tables, dishes, equipment, restrooms, and all restaurant areas.
- Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and restock supplies.
- Process payments accurately and complete opening and closing duties.
- Help coworkers and perform other restaurant duties as needed.

Expected hours: 6.0 – 25.0 per week
