Position: Application Support Analyst
Reports to: Enterprise Applications Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Superior is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support our core business applications and end user experience. This role will resolve application issues, support system testing and deployments, and manage onboarding activities across key platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and a foundation in application administration and data management. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve basic application issues and fulfill service requests in a timely and effective manner
- Execute test cases and support release checklists to help ensure system changes are validated and ready for deployment
- Complete new hire onboarding activities within required applications to support a smooth and accurate setup process
- Maintain documentation and knowledge articles to promote consistency, usability, and ongoing team support for various applications and system mapping

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 1 year of basic application administration experience, including work with ticketing tools and SLA awareness
- Required: You have experience with data hygiene and CSV/excel-based data updates
- Required: You have exposure to python programming language, OOP concepts, and database languages
- Required: You have worked with RESTful APIs and authentication principles
- Bonus Points: You are familiar with Fabric dashboards as an end user
- Bonus Points: You have knowledge of ERP and construction related software
