WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coach and develop B2B service sales reps through joint calls and deal strategy sessions
- Personally sell and lead strategic pursuits
- Drive cross-selling of TEGG services into existing Linc accounts
- Recruit and develop sales talent
- Install a disciplined, Challenger-style sales approach
