Work From Home Sales Role – Help Families with Life Insurance

The Summers Agency is growing and looking for individuals who are interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on helping families put financial protection in place.

In this position, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage. If you’re comfortable having conversations about finances, willing to learn, and motivated by performance-based income, this could be a good fit.

What The Role Involves

• Speaking with clients who have requested information about life insurance
• Understanding their financial situation and coverage needs
• Recommending policy options and walking them through the process
• Submitting applications and ensuring documentation is complete
• Following up with clients and providing ongoing support
  
  

What to Expect:

• This is a 1099, commission-only position
• Income is based on production (policies written and placed)
• You can work company-provided leads (at a cost) OR generate your own through referrals, social media, or personal outreach
• You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and professionalism on the phone
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive financial conversations
• Self-discipline and time management
• Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain — discounted course available)
