Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Set and communicate the strategic direction for the Project Management division, influencing company-wide policy and growth.
- Lead and inspire a multi-layered management team, including Directors and Managers, to achieve high-impact results.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
- Provide executive oversight of all project management operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the division, driving financial strategy, margin improvement, and sustainable growth.
- Champion enterprise-wide operational standards, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- Oversee planning and execution of complex projects, including office relocations, facility transitions, warehouse moves, hospitality installations, healthcare relocations, and decommissioning.
- Act as the primary executive representative for the Project Management division, cultivating strategic partnerships with key clients, industry leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the division at board meetings, industry forums, and executive leadership councils.
- Drive business development, market positioning, and solution development at the highest organizational level.
- Healthcare: Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Guide teams in adapting project plans to meet complex requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and champion patient safety and operational excellence.
- Hospitality: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, coordinating resources and vendors to achieve client goals. Demonstrate leadership in resolving challenges, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating communication among all parties for successful project outcomes.
- Real Estate & Facilities: Direct project management efforts by aligning stakeholders, managing change, and overseeing transitions. Exhibit leadership in planning, risk mitigation, and process improvement, ensuring that teams work cohesively to support client objectives and minimize disruption.
- Commercial Environments: Apply project management leadership to ensure business continuity, efficient resource allocation, and safe handling of assets. Lead teams in monitoring progress, proactively addressing challenges, and upholding high standards of client service and operational excellence.
- Lead enterprise-wide risk management and compliance initiatives, ensuring the division exceeds regulatory and safety standards.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices, positioning the organization as an industry leader in project management excellence.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and implement process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, deep knowledge of commercial move management, logistics, and operational sequencing.
- Excellent financial acumen, high-level communication, and relationship-building skills with leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software; ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding and addressing the needs of commercial moving clients.

Education & Experience:
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of executive-level project management experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale, multi-sector operations.
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results at the business unit level.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
