Salary: $115,423 - 155,570 plus eligible to earn commission from $1. No commission earnings cap!

The Strategic Account Executive is a senior sales and client leadership role responsible for the overall performance, growth, and retention of a portfolio of large, complex, and high value client relationships within the workplace solutions business in an assigned territory
This role serves as the executive owner of assigned strategic accounts, with full accountability for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term partnership stability. The Executive drives value by monetizing relationships through recurring revenue models, national account alignment, contract renewals, and expansion of reoccurring services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Ownership
- Serve as the executive sponsor and primary point of accountability for a defined portfolio of high value, enterprise level accounts.
- Build and maintain strong executive level client relationships.
- Drive year over year revenue growth through expansion of services and new opportunities.
- Increase recurring revenue streams and account penetration.
- Develop multi-year strategic account plans for accounts in a designated territory
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
- Lead QBRs and executive business reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives.
- Partner with operations, sales, and support teams.
- Align internal resources to achieve account objectives.
- Proven success in strategic sales, channel development, or account-based selling.
- Strong ability to build and influence executive-level relationships externally.
- Demonstrated experience working with or selling through third-party partners.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions to partner and client objectives.
- Ability to operate independently while driving cross functional collaboration.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- 7- 10 years of experience in strategic accounts or B2B sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders/clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee operations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
