Founded in 1987, The Stubblebine Company is a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, flex, and investment properties across New England. As a long-standing member of the CORFAC International network, we consistently rank among the Top 3 industrial CRE firms in Greater Boston and are known for our market expertise, entrepreneurial culture, and hands-on training.
Despite evolving market conditions, we are expanding our team. We are seeking motivated, competitive, and business-minded individuals—ideally recent or upcoming college graduates—to join us as Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agents.
We offer significant income potential for candidates who are driven, coachable, and eager to develop expertise in a high-demand sector of the CRE industry. Through direct mentorship with principals and senior brokers, you will gain real-world experience in valuations, market analysis, prospecting, and deal execution.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with some of the most experienced industrial brokers in New England and learn the business from the ground up.
As an independent contractor, this role is commission-only and not eligible for company-paid benefits.

A Day in the Life May Include:
• Researching ownership records, market data, and industrial trends
• Prospecting new tenant and buyer clients (including 100 daily cold calls)
• Touring properties with tenants, buyers, and investors
• Preparing proposals, analysis, and marketing materials
• Negotiating lease and sale transactions
• Building long-term relationships with property owners
• Advising clients on market conditions and value-enhancing strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and competitive mindset
• High integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to join a team of ambitious, success-driven individuals
• Real estate license (not required for initial interview)
