PAY RATE: $28/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials; resolve discrepancies and receiving issues.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily spot checks.

• Respond to production material requests and ensure timely delivery.

• Enter receiving and issuing transactions into ERP systems.

• Label and organize materials for traceability and efficient retrieval.

• Prepare and package materials for shipment.

• Assist Quality with traceability and documentation requirements.

• Pick up and deliver materials between locations as needed.

• Support Lead/Supervisor and serve as backup when required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety, FOD, and 5S practices.

• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with GHS/SDS guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years of warehouse, materials, or inventory experience (aerospace preferred).

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Forklift operation experience required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic math skills and ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted / up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

• Ability to climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.

• Work in a non-dust-free environment with normal or corrected vision.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
