JOB TITLE: Technical Drafter L1 
LOCATION: Long Beach, CA
PAY RATE: Up to $33/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Manufacture PRE (Protective Removable Equipment), stencils, premask, and 3D-printed parts for multiple sites/programs

• Create part files using CAD software and optimize manufacturing processes

• Operate equipment/software: iCut Production Console, Summa GoProduce/Axis Control/Flex, CorelDraw, Redars, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Ultimaker Cura

• Inspect and ensure quality of PRE, premask, stencils, and Mylars

• Package parts for shipment and coordinate production for efficiency

• Produce aircraft registration numbers (latex printers) and fuselage identifiers for South Carolina

• Manage materials inventory for JIT ordering and properly identify materials for specific jobs

• Perform team lifts up to 45 lbs to load machines

• Communicate with customers, team members, and project managers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher

• Must have relevant work experience 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paint premask, stencils, and PRE manufacturing

• Experience with 3D printing of parts

• Experience with Summa and Kongsberg plotters/drum cutters
