Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and key activities
Support weekly/monthly meetings (staff, metrics reviews, leadership updates)
Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation
Monitor performance and support earned value management (EVM), risks, and variances
Maintain facilities and equipment plans for engineering teams
Track and report on business execution metrics (CDRLs, staffing, quality, on-time delivery, etc.)
Manage Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) tracking and reporting
Lead project kickoffs, Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation, and leadership reviews
Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
Support employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, recognition programs)
Draft and publish internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet updates)
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
3 years of project management experience
3 years of experience in a cross-functional environment, working with all levels including leadership
Experience in business operations and process improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Experience supporting or working with engineering teams
Experience managing projects related to production, manufacturing, or supply chain
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience working with executive-level stakeholders
Experience collaborating across multiple organizations
Experience leading or mentoring team members
Background in program management, compliance, risk management, or finance
