JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable

PAY RATE: $31/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Support accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, and other business functions by collecting, processing, and distributing financial data

• Process transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers across accounts payable and receivable

• Assist with travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control activities

• Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Prepare financial documents and reports and perform basic reconciliations

• Investigate and help resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies

• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
