JOB TITLE: Structural Analysis Engineers
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $78/hour

Summary:
- Perform high-impact static stress analysis on advanced aerospace structures
- Lead fatigue & damage tolerance evaluations to ensure long-term safety and performance
- Build and solve detailed Finite Element Models (FEM) for complex structural components
- Develop, review, and approve structural analysis reports with precision and accuracy
- Prepare and validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs) to support critical design decisions
- Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to resolve technical challenges
- Support factory operations, offering real-time engineering guidance during production
- Participate in layout reviews & design checks to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
Requirements:
- 10 years of stress engineering experience (Boeing structures experience highly preferred)
- Expertise in:
- Static stress analysis
- Fatigue & damage tolerance analysis
- FEM modeling and analysis tools
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & specifications
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Boeing structural analysis standards
- Knowledge of advanced composite materials
- Background in damage tolerance methodologies
- ABET-accredited Engineering degree
