Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS or GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems.

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware or software interface problems, defines input or output parameters, and ensures integration of entire system or subsystem.

• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, and develops comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems.

• Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.

• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify or validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 5 years of experience with LabVIEW and 3 years with TestStand for software code development and support.

• 3 years of experience in analyzing and resolving technical problems.

• 5 years as a subject matter expert in Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.

• 3 years of experience developing complex test programs with TestStand development environments.

• Proven track record of researching and specifying components for test equipment design.

• Proven ability in troubleshooting measurement issues down to the test instrument, fixturing, software, or unit under test.

• Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists, and engineering documentation.

• Solid background in deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements.
