JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Procurement Agent - (Level 4)
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $97-107/hour

Summary:
- Oversee subcontracts in compliance with FAR/DFARS, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
- Foster strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and high-performance delivery.
- Lead supplier competitions, negotiating and selecting suppliers based on best-value principles.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and program management teams to align with goals.
- Assist in financial analysis, cost estimation, and proposal development for prime contractors.
- Support procurement in advanced composites, machining, and structures.
Requirements:
- MUST BE US PERSONS
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain, subcontracting, or procurement within the defense industry.
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and compliance practices.
- Experience in supplier competitions and best-value selection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship skills.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and share industry best practices.
- Experience in estimating, financial analysis, and proposal development is a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced composites, machining, and structures is desirable.
