Quality Assurance Manager (Aircraft / Aerospace) DIRECT HIRE

Pay Rate: $95–$110/hr | Secret Clearance Eligible
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to lead critical quality systems supporting aircraft modifications, R&D, and aerospace manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage FAA, PMA, and AS9100 quality systems
- Oversee inspections, audits, compliance, and documentation
- Manage a team of inspectors, engineers, and quality specialists
- Ensure adherence to FAA regulations and certification standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years in aerospace quality (Part 145 required)
- 5 years leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA regs (Part 21, 43, 65, 91, 145)
- A&P license required | IA preferred
- Experience with aircraft modification & R&D environments
Salary : $95 - $110
