Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Summary: 

• Provide assurance of Field Operations QMS and related processes through engagement with functions supporting aircraft maintenance.

• Perform setup for specialized non-destructive Eddy current testing (ECT) and Mobile Automated Scanner System (MAUS) inspections using test or measurement equipment to controlled standards.

• Perform audits referenced by 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) aviation maintenance programs.

• Perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).

• Support safety and quality investigations as directed.

• Manage non-conformance and input data into software tools.

• Assist in documentation of procedures for setting up test equipment.

• Analyze routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and process conformity.

• Document and communicate standard test, analysis or measurement results.

• Report potential adverse trends or anomalous results.

Requirements:

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.

• Certified NAS 410 Eddy current testing (ECT).
