What You Will Do

• Partners with Group Executives and Project Managers to coordinate the production, assembly and fulfillment of project proposals – often working on multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Lead marketing-related projects, including content creation, graphic design, and video production.
• Plan, implement, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Project Executives to develop and design proposal sections, including writing, editing, and refining technical narratives.
• Assemble, proofread, and edit proposal content in Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Lead the design and development of custom proposal templates, incorporating PRIME’s brand standards through graphics, infographics, photography, and other creative design elements.
• Design and produce project interview presentation materials using PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
  
  

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different teams or departments
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in grammar, factual accuracy, and graphic layouts, to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards.
