Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably in Stone and Tile, is a plus.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required.
