Position Overview:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, making this a critical role in maintaining a positive and professional image for the agency. This person will be responsible for managing phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized front office.
- Support agents with administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (insurance experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
