Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse ready to shape brighter futures? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated School-Based RNs to support students in West New York, NJ. In this role, you're not just providing care-you're promoting confidence, health, and wellness that helps students thrive in and out of the classroom.
What You'll Do
- Manage chronic and acute medical needs
- Support IEP/504 health plans
- Provide first aid, medication administration, and emergency response
- Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure safe learning environments
- Serve as a health educator and advocate for student well-being
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- CPR certified
- School based experience (preferred), pediatrics (preferred), O2 monitoring, seizure monitoring, med pass, G-tubes, trach care/suctioning
- Additional skills: VNS, vent, diabetic management, epi pen, Diastat, J tube, catheterizations
