The State Group is seeking a Recruiter to work at our Louisville, Kentucky office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across U.S. and Canada operations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates promptly.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling multiple open requisitions.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Represent the organization at university events and career fairs, strengthening the talent pipeline.
- Provide consistent, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process and onboarding process.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the CHRO.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-location environment within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approach.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
