We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Estimating team at our Buffalo, New York office. This position is available as part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support estimators in preparing and submitting bids.
• Coordinate and complete required bid paperwork (bid bonds, qualification docs, etc.
• Track leads and update data in the internal system.
• Maintain and update business development tracking information.
• Assist with marketing outreach efforts.
• Help create and manage marketing collateral.
• Use Microsoft Office and Bluebeam to edit and prepare documents/PDF.
• Work with project managers to gather the necessary information for the proposal.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Adobe or Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong, clear, and confident communication skills across multiple teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work part-time while maintaining productivity and meeting timelines.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment.
• Positive attitude with a professional, solution-focused approach.
