About the Role
As our Trust & Wealth Management Manager, you'll lead a rapidly expanding $100M division with full P&L responsibility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll serve clients, guide a talented team, and steward the bank's legacy of fiduciary excellence. You'll report directly to the President & CEO and work side by side with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Set and execute the division's vision, in alignment with bank goals
Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing team members
Champion a culture of service, excellence, and ownership
Client Excellence
Ensure top-tier administration of trust, estate, and investment accounts
Maintain compliance with fiduciary best practices and regulatory standards
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and their families
Business Development
Grow the book of business through personal outreach and team efforts
Build strong referral relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and internal partners
Represent the bank with professionalism and visibility in the Geneva community
What We're Looking For
JD and Illinois law license (Required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in trust, estate, or investment services
Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
Hands on experience leading and developing a team
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Deep understanding of fiduciary responsibility and financial planning principles
