We’re looking for a Trust & Wealth Management Manager to grow with us.
About the Role
As our Trust & Wealth Management Manager, you’ll lead a rapidly expanding $100M division with full P&L responsibility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll serve clients, guide a talented team, and steward the bank’s legacy of fiduciary excellence. You’ll report directly to the President & CEO and work side by side with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Set and execute the division’s vision, in alignment with bank goals
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Champion a culture of service, excellence, and ownership
Client Excellence
- Ensure top-tier administration of trust, estate, and investment accounts
- Maintain compliance with fiduciary best practices and regulatory standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and their families
Business Development
- Grow the book of business through personal outreach and team efforts
- Build strong referral relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and internal partners
- Represent the bank with professionalism and visibility in the Geneva community
What We’re Looking For
- JD and Illinois law license (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trust, estate, or investment services
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
- Hands on experience leading and developing a team
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of fiduciary responsibility and financial planning principles
