Cafeteria Attendant
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafeteria environment for all team members. This role supports daily meal service by assisting employees, monitoring food availability, ensuring cleanliness, and helping create a warm, positive experience in the employee dining area. The Cafeteria Attendant plays an important role in supporting team morale and overall operational flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous hospitality, cafeteria, or food service experience preferred

Tasks & Duties
Primary Functions:

Greet employees in a friendly, warm, and professional manner

Assist employees during meal service as needed

Monitor self-service stations to ensure proper portioning and availability

Observe food levels and notify the appropriate team when refills are needed

Promote a respectful and pleasant dining environment for all staff

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria, serving areas, and seating spaces

Wipe tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces regularly

Ensure the cafeteria remains clean and orderly throughout service periods

Assist with basic setup and breakdown of meal service

Dispose of trash and maintain proper sanitation standards
Physical Requirements

Perform light lifting (trays, supplies, boxes, etc.)
