Overnight Electronics Test Technician
Location: Andover, MA
Schedule:
- Sunday & Monday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Electronics Test Technician to support the testing and assembly of advanced electronic and mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, military-trained technicians, or individuals looking to build experience in electronics testing and production.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and perform initial testing on circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and test procedures to ensure quality and accuracy
- Test assemblies and final systems to verify performance and functionality
- Perform rework and troubleshooting as needed based on test results
- Assist with the setup and calibration of specialized test equipment
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training
- 0–1 year of related technical experience
- Experience with digital and/or analog systems is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools and instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing and laboratory environment
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Frequent use of computers, testing equipment, and precision instruments
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
- Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed
- Comfortable working around electrical and mechanical hardware while following strict safety procedures
- Background check and drug screening required
