Production Specialist
1st Shift Available
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
1st shift Pay: $22.09/hr
2nd Shift Available
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
2nd shift pay: $24.29/hr
Seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to support assembly and reconfiguration of production kits such as mobile devices into dedicated PDM's as well assembling starter and controller kits in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role includes assembly, testing, inventory management, quality checks, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, label, test, and package medical device components and finished goods
- Operate testing equipment and follow production schedules
- Perform inventory counts, data entry, and kitting activities
- Identify and report quality or process issues
- Follow SOPs, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive assembly tasks and light mechanical work
- Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods
- Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks
