The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital
in Manchester; TN and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurses to join our Med Surg team.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide
exceptional patient care, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and make

Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate patient care
in the medical-surgical setting
- Collaborate with physicians, charge
nurses, and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Safely administer medications
following the five rights of medication administration
- Initiate, monitor, and discontinue
IV therapy as needed
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN
program
- Current Tennessee RN license
- Current BLS certification
- One year of hospital experience
preferred
- Proficiency in interpreting EKGs,
lab results, and clinical data
