The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading
healthcare system in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a newly expanded,
state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower.
This is an opportunity to care for complex cardiothoracic
and post-surgical patients while developing advanced clinical skills in a
modern, high-acuity environment.

What You’ll Do
- Care
for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
- Monitor
high-acuity patients and respond to changes in condition
- Manage
IV drips, chest tubes, and central lines
- Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
- Deliver
safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active
RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
- Interest
in high-acuity or critical care nursing
- Strong
clinical judgment and teamwork skills
- BLS
required; ACLS preferred — training available if needed
- New
graduates and experienced RNs welcome
