The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading warehousing and logistics organization to recruit an experienced and dependable Mover for their Carbondale, CO location. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and professional packing, handling, transportation, delivery and installation of personal belongings, fine art, antiques and furniture for both local and interstate relocations, ensuring exceptional care, precision and customer service throughout every move.
This role requires close coordination with warehouse and dispatch teams, strict adherence to safety procedures, and a strong commitment to customer service while ensuring careful handling and protection of high-value and delicate items.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled collections and deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate and professional service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization and readiness for daily operations
- Complete all required documentation, including condition reports, trip manifests and onsite paperwork
- Accurately pack, handle and install artwork, antiques and fine furnishings with exceptional care and professionalism
- Assist with complex installations and specialized site-specific projects
- Provide leadership, guidance and training to junior art handlers as required
- Load and unload company and third-party trucks safely, efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and execution across all assigned tasks
- Report to or from client sites as needed and submit supervisor-approved manual timesheets within 24 hours
- Communicate all proposed trip changes or manifest updates to the Dispatch Manager prior to execution

- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds using appropriate equipment
- Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach throughout the workday
- Experience using logistics and moving equipment such as dollies, J-bars, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork, condition reports, and other job documentation
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision while maintaining accountability and professionalism
- Understanding that assignment and schedule changes require approval from the Dispatch Manager

Sign-On Bonus
The employee will be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling $1,000, payable as follows:
- $250 will be paid after the successful completion of the employee's first five (5) full working days.
- $750 will be paid upon the successful completion of ninety (90) days of continuous employment.
To qualify for the sign-on bonus payments, the employee must:
- Remain actively employed through each payout date.
- Maintain satisfactory job performance.
- Have no No Call/No Show occurrences during the first ninety (90) days of employment.
