Medical Oncologist | California | $550,000 $200K Sign-On | Physician-Led Practice
Join a reputable, physician-led cancer center founded in 2008 and experiencing record growth. The practice operates two clinical sites within 30 minutes of each other and offers a collaborative, well-supported environment with flexibility, including a 4-day workweek option.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $550,000
$200,000 Sign-On Bonus $25,000 Relocation Allowance
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (paid in full for the physician)

4 weeks PTO 1 week CME
Paid malpractice with tail coverage
Candidate Profile:
MD or DO, Board-Certified or Eligible
New grads welcome
Strong clinical and communication skills
Schedule & Expectations:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (option for 4-day week)
See approximately 20 patients per day
Travel once per week to Madera site
