Lead Trial Lawyer - Personal Injury

The Staff Pad has partnered with a law office in Austin, TX to hire a Lead Trial Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full docket of personal injury cases independently, from intake through trial or settlement
  

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
  

• Prepare exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategies
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and clear communication
  

• Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and co-counsel
  

• Report case progress and participate in strategy sessions with leadership
  

Ideal Candidate

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in TX, AZ, CO, or NM
  

• 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred; trial experience a plus
  

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
  

• Client-focused, detail-oriented, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  

• Willingness to relocate or work onsite as needed
