Responsibilities
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure departmental success and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
- Liaise with perioperative leadership to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management of the department.
To be successful in this role, you will require 5 years of experience in sterile processing, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred. A Bachelor's degree and certification in sterile processing are also essential.
