PGP Services is the facilities-maintenance, remodel, and reconstruction division of PGP Construction. We support commercial clients across North Texas with reliable, high-quality service rooted in our values: Prime, Growth, and Partners. As we continue expanding, we are seeking an experienced leader to help shape and grow our service division.

Position Overview

The Director of Services will oversee daily operations, manage service projects up to $1M, strengthen client and subcontractor relationships, and drive strategic growth. This role provides significant ownership and the opportunity to build a high-performing team in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service operations, strategy, and market growth.
  

• Build and develop a team of technicians, project managers, and subcontractors.
  

• Manage client relationships and expand the subcontractor network.
  

• Oversee projects up to $1M, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  

• Support estimating, proposals, workflow improvements, and operational KPIs.
  

• Contribute to planning, forecasting, and process optimization.
  

Qualifications

• 5 years in facilities maintenance, construction services, general contracting, or related fields.
  

• Experience leading service operations or managing project portfolios.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Business development and client-relationship experience.
  

• Trade background with licenses preferred (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, GC, etc.).
  

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
