Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
  

• Draft and respond to motions, employing strategic litigation skills
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
  

• Apply Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
  

• Collaborate with support staff and fellow attorneys to deliver life-changing results
  

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
  

• Licensed and in good standing in TX, AZ, CO, or NM
  

• Experience drafting motions and handling litigation
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset
  

• Knowledge of trial procedure and legal best practices
  

• Ambition to grow as an elite plaintiff attorney
  

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
