The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier warehousing and logistics organization, and we are seeking to hire a dependable, detail-oriented, hands-on Art Handler & Moving Specialist.

What You’ll Do
In this position you will be required to support removals, collections, deliveries, and installations of personal belongings, artwork, and antiques while assisting supervisors and coordinating with on-site crews.
- Professionally pack artwork, antiques and fine furniture for safe transportation and storage
- Safely handle artwork, fragile items, antiques, and fine furniture
- Perform local and interstate collections and deliveries as needed
- Prepare condition checks and condition reporting for goods and manage all on-site and field paperwork accurately
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring items remain protected and damage-free
- Support installation projects and on-site crew coordination
- Scan property to ensure accurate inventory locations are always maintained
- Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, trip-ready, and properly loaded according to daily manifests or trip sheets
- Report and verify all trip manifest changes with Dispatch Manager before updates are made
- Support the warehouse team, operations, inventory management (responsible for inventory in and out for jobs), and logistics activities as directed by the Manager
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, dollies, J-bars, dollies & other necessary logistics equipment safely
- Work effectively with team members, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain professionalism and strong attention to detail on every job site
Employees starting or ending their day at off-site locations must complete and submit a supervisor signed manual timesheet within 24 hours

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of moving, logistics, warehouse, or art handling experience for local and interstate transport preferred
- Experience handling fine furniture, artwork, antiques, or fragile materials is highly valued
- Understanding of inventory processes and proper handling techniques for furniture, artwork, and antiques
- Skill to operate or drive up to 26-foot box trucks preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork and condition reporting accurately
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices preferred
- Strong communication, time management skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced & results-driven environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 150 lbs. using carts or dollies without damage to objects or persons
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, twisting, crouching and reaching overhead
- Comfortable working in warehouse settings, client homes, galleries, and job sites
