This role will focus on configuring and implementing Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions, supporting business process design, testing, and deployment activities.
This position offers the opportunity to support a high-profile Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday functionality.
- Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time-tracking processes.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Partner with business and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Document configurations, processes, and recommendations.
- 3 years of Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience.
- Experience with Workday configuration and full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time entry processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check.
- Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification.
- Federal government implementation experience.
- Experience with Workday Payroll integrations.
- Active clearance or ability to obtain one.
