Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, prioritize, and triage incoming taskers within the Task Management Tool (TMT) and ETMS2 across NIPRNet and SIPRNet, ensuring accurate routing, progress tracking, accountability, and timely completion of assigned actions.
- Develop, package, and initiate TMT taskers on behalf of DoW leadership, coordinating and distributing taskings to MAJCOMs, external agencies, and internal stakeholders while communicating requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage the lifecycle of IRSS taskers by monitoring incoming requests, routing actions, tracking milestones and suspense dates, and coordinating with division action officers to ensure timely responses.
- Support leadership decision-making by participating in meetings, forums, and working groups, while developing and delivering status updates, briefing materials, reports, and presentations on tasking status, risks, priorities, and organizational impacts.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Department of Defense, MAJCOM, and other stakeholders to facilitate coordination, resolve tasking issues, provide subject matter support, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and mission requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3 years)
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster strong client relationships (3 years)
- Ability to analyze and organize complex technical processes and assess their impact on broader organizational strategy (1 year)
- Ability to independently participate in and contribute to meetings with leadership and stakeholders
- Experience using Task Manager Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 (1 year)
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience using Task Manager Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 (3 years)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in both in-person and remote environments (3 years)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders (3 years)
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills (3 years)
Compensation
- W2 Hourly rate: $40 - $50. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
