We are seeking highly experienced Lead professionals to support a long-term Federal contract providing enterprise-level technology and business system solutions. These positions offer the opportunity to guide teams through all phases of system analysis, design, development, integration, and optimization—leveraging expertise in IBM Maximo, enterprise applications, and database technologies to ensure high performance, security, and operational excellence.
- Note, this is for a proposal, with an imminent award announcement expected
- Provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including Maximo, ERP, and other business-critical applications.
- Lead the formulation of system scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee database administration functions including physical and logical design, performance tuning, data integrity, replication, backup, and recovery.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, defining system interfaces, data flows, and component-level specifications.
- Direct the design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring compliance with established development standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate business processes with technology solutions.
- Evaluate and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and data migrations; provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for software, database, and system management.
- Mentor technical teams, oversee project deliverables, and ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to client requirements.
- Recommend continuous process and system improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 16 years of professional experience, or Master’s Degree plus 14 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- 10 years of Maximo experience.
- IBM Maximo Certification.
- Experience supporting Federal projects or programs.
- Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas: business systems analysis, database administration, software architecture, or software engineering.
- Experience with SQL Server, data migration, system integrations, and enterprise application modernization.
- The compensation range for this role as a consultant is $100 /hour, based on experience and qualifications. This rate is subject to change.
