Schedule:
- Tuesday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm (Dishwashing)
- Wednesday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm (Dishwashing)
- Thursday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm (Dishwashing)

The Springs Living at Tanasbourne is seeking a full-time Dishwasher / Prep Cook Float who enjoys fast-paced environments, learning new skills, and working with a team that feels like family. This unique Float position offers hands-on experience in both dishwashing and prep cooking, with the flexibility to shift between roles as needed. You’ll be part of our back-of-house team, helping to keep operations running smoothly and our residents well-fed.
What You’ll Do
- Wash, dry, and properly store dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing and prep area
- Support the Chef and kitchen team with basic food prep tasks
- Cook seasonal, regional meals from scratch
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Engage with your team and contribute to a fun, professional kitchen environment
- Flex between dishwashing and cooking duties depending on team needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment (dishwashing and/or cooking) preferred
- Flexibility to switch between roles as needed
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must have consistent, reliable attendance — our residents and team count on you!
