We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Assisted Living residents, families, and care teams.

As the Assisted Living RN, you will partner closely with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to promote excellent clinical outcomes and quality of life. - Lead, motivate, and support caregivers and medication technicians to provide exceptional resident care
- Monitor consulting pharmacy reports and conduct routine MAR reviews
- Review and follow up on resident incident reports
- Complete nursing assessments and assist with development and updates to resident service plans
- Collaborate with families and outside providers to support residents’ health and well-being
- Promote a positive, respectful, and person-centered care environment

- Current Oregon RN License (required)
- Senior housing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong computer skills including EMAR, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Leadership or employee management experience preferred
