Location: The Springs at Missoula, In-Person

- Analyze findings and develop practical recommendations
- Present your project and ideas to community leadership
- A completed, real-world project you can confidently speak to in interviews
- Hands-on experience in healthcare and operations
- Exposure to leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration
- Experience gathering and presenting stakeholder insights
- Mentorship and potential letter of recommendation
