This is a working leadership position responsible for supervising Life Enrichment staff while actively participating in programs and events.

The Springs Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead engaging activities and programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of activities that promote socialization, wellness, and meaningful daily experiences within our senior living community.
This is a working leadership position responsible for supervising Life Enrichment staff while actively participating in programs and events.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support residents’ social, physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being
- Organize events, entertainment, outings, and community programs
- Supervise and support Life Enrichment staff and volunteers
- Collaborate with other departments to create meaningful resident experiences
- Participate in care planning meetings to support residents’ individual needs
- Manage activity supplies, equipment, and departmental budget
- Coordinate transportation and community outings
- Ensure activities meet state regulations and community standards
- 3–5 years of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living programming preferred
- Knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to plan events and manage multiple programs
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, spreadsheets, documentation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the community during activities and events
- Ability to drive community vehicles for resident outings when needed
